What is covered by this limited hardware warranty?
This limited hardware warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship in your hardware purchased.
What is not covered by this limited hardware warranty?
This limited hardware warranty does not cover:
• Software, including without limitation, the operating system and software added to the hardware products through our factory-integration system, third-party software or the reloading of software
• Odyssey Computers Sold peripheral products. (Such as Power adapter)
• Problems that result from:
• External causes such as accident, abuse, misuse or problems with electrical power.
• Servicing not authorized by Odyssey Computers .
• Usage that is not in accordance with product instructions.
• Failure to follow the product instructions or failure to perform preventive maintenance.
• Problems caused by using accessories, parts or components not supplied by Odyssey
• Products with missing or altered service tags or serial numbers
• Products for which Odyssey Computers has not received payment
• Normal wear and tear, Manufacture standard allows for up to 5 Dead pixels on a display
This Odyssey Computers Limited Warranty gives you, the end-user customer, express limited warranty rights from Odyssey Computers, the manufacturer.
This Odyssey Computers Limited Warranty applies only to Odyssey Computers Sold hardware products, including without limitation, Odyssey Computers printing supplies (collectively referred to in this Odyssey Computers Limited Warranty as "Odyssey Computers Hardware Products") sold by or leased from Odyssey Computers (collectively referred to in this Odyssey Computers Limited Warranty as "Odyssey Computers"),. The term "Odyssey Computers Hardware Product" is limited to the hardware components and required firmware. The term "Odyssey Computers Hardware Product" DOES NOT include software applications or programs, non-Odyssey Computers products, or non-Odyssey Computers Sold peripherals. uwu.. To the extent permitted by local law, all non-Odyssey Computers products or non-Odyssey Computers Sold peripherals external to the Odyssey Computers Hardware Product—such as external storage subsystems, displays, printers, batteries and other peripherals—are provided "AS IS" and are not covered by this Odyssey Computers Limited Warranty. However, non-Odyssey Computers manufacturers and suppliers or publishers may provide their own warranties directly to you. An Odyssey Computers Sold peripheral or other Odyssey Computers Sold product not covered by this Odyssey Computers Limited Warranty also may be covered by the Odyssey Computers Limited Warranty for that particular Odyssey Computers-Sold peripheral or product. Consult your Odyssey Computers Limited Warranty for that product to determine your rights and obligations.
To the extent permitted by local law, Odyssey Computers guarantees that it will repair, replace, or refund(with Restocking fee), at Odyssey Computer’s option, an Odyssey Computers Hardware Product that manifests a defect in materials or workmanship during the Limited Warranty Period, if you, the end-user customer, provides Odyssey Computers with notice of a defect in your Odyssey Computers Hardware Product during the Limited Warranty Period.. Warranty is VOIDED, if the machine is serviced by a third party company. Odyssey Computer’s obligation under this Odyssey Computers Limited Warranty, at its option, to repair, replace, or provide a refund for an Odyssey Computers Hardware Product that manifests a defect in materials and workmanship ceases upon the expiration of the Limited Warranty Period.
The Limited Warranty Period starts on the latter of the date of purchase or lease from Odyssey Computers or from the date Odyssey Computers. Your dated sales or delivery receipt, showing the date of purchase or lease of the Odyssey Computers Hardware Product, is your proof of the purchase or lease date unless Odyssey Computers informs you otherwise in writing. You may be required to provide proof of purchase or lease as a condition of receiving warranty service. Warranty service indicated here reflects base level warranty offerings. Enhancements to the base warranty may be included with your Odyssey Computers Hardware Product.
